| 摘 要： | “推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”的国家战略背景，当代中国社会民主化、市场化和信息化的发展潮流，呼唤从“体育管理”到“体育治理”的观念转变与实践落实。就内涵本质而言，体育治理是一种由国家、社会与公民个体构建网格结构、在成熟的制度保障下，通过多元共治和协商民主实现体育善治的国家体育事业运作模式，它是对传统的体育管理模式的合理扬弃与时代超越。

From Sports Management to Sports Governance:Reformation Backgrounds and Innovative Connotation |

| Abstract: | The state strategic backgrounds of promoting modernization of the state governance system and governance capability, the new trends of social democratization, commercialization and digitization in current China have made the transition necessary from sports management to sports governance both in ideas and practice. As far as the connotation is concerned, sports governance, in essence, is a kind of state sports operation mode co-con-ducted by the state, society and individuals with the mature system guarantee, the purpose of which is aiming at the realization of sound sports governess through multi-cogoverness and consultative democracy. It is a reason-able sublation and transcendence of the traditional sports management mode. |
