| 摘 要： | 通过对2005年两次全国蹦床比赛及2004年、2000年奥运会蹦床比赛资料的分析,对蹦床比赛规定和自选动作进行了比较研究,结果表明:我国蹦床运动在规定动作上完成较好,但和国外优秀选手相比在自选动作上还存在差距;提出现阶段训练重点发展方向.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the data of two national Trampoline Games in 2005 and the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2004,the paper makes a comparative analysis on required and optional movement.The result shows that we do well in required movement in trampoline,but there also exists disparity in optional movement comparing to foreign elites.The paper puts forward the key-developing trend for present training. |
