| 摘 要： | 体能在三级跳远运动员的竞技能力构成中具有主导与核心的作用,与运动员各机体形态结构、系统器官的技能水平、物质储备、代谢水平等均有密切的关系.通过对中外优秀女子三级跳远运动员的体能结构特征进行比较研究得出:我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员的形态结构符合三级跳远运动项目的要求；优秀女子三级跳远运动员的机能特征表现为白肌纤维含量和ATP-CP含量比较高；我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员的速度能力和专项素质与专项技术的结合能力比较差.
