| 摘 要： | 地方体育立法在我国立法体系中,具有区域性、可操作性强的特点.对四川省现行有效的11件地方体育法规、规章进行梳理,找寻其存在的问题,提出建立现代法制体系促进四川地方体育立法科学化的相关建议,以进一步完善四川省地方体育立法,推动该省体育事业又好又快发展.

| Abstract: | Local sports legislation in China's legislation system is characterized by its locality and operability.The paper reviews the 11 valid rules and regulations of local sports in Sichuan province of China to find out the existing problems and to put forward the suggestions of establishing modern legal system in order to promote the scientific local sports legislation,which will perfect the local sports legislation and propel the development of sports in Sichuan Province in a better and faster way. |
