| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、对比研究法和演绎分析法对我国女子集体性球类项目的发展状况进行探究,发现我国女子篮、排、足和垒球都曾经以“中国速度”迅速成为世界强队,在奥运会等世界赛场获得优异的成绩,但是又无一避免的都以“中国式衰退”的方式走向没落,无法维持项目的长盛不衰.目前我国处于巅峰期的曲棍球和水球项目的发展模式和轨迹与这几项运动大致相同.分析认为:女子集体性球类项目较晚进入奥运会给了我们与世界同步起跑的机会,我国依靠举国体制的优势迅速将重点项目打造成世界强队,但过分追求成绩忽视了青少年后备人才的培养而导致了队伍青黄不接和人才链的断裂.因此应该对这种现象进行深刻地认识,完善竞技体育发展的举国体制模式,注重群众体育和学校体育的发展,为竞技体育的发展创造更加良好的环境.
