| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍梯度理论的基础上,从体制、政策、服务和综合环境四个方面对河北与京津体育产业发展的梯度差进行分析.指出:三地在体育产业管理体制方面同样存在体制不顺、机制不活的弊端,河北完全可以借鉴国外先进经验,在体制改革上先于京津、优于京津；在推动体育产业发展的政策方面,河北较为落后,在经济政策和职业体育政策方面还有很多工作要做；河北在高层次体育管理人才的培养和引进上处于劣势,市场服务力度不足,但劳务输出优势明显,可以有选择性地进行产业和要素的转移；河北省自然资源丰富,区位和交通便利,在发展环京津体育产业方面大有可为.

| Abstract: | On the basis of the gradient theory,the paper,from the aspects of system,policy,service and comprehensive environment,analyzes the gradient difference of sports industry in Hebei,Beijing and Tianjin.It is pointed out that there exist the disadvantages resulting from unsmooth system and inflexible mechanism in terms of their management system of sports industry.Hebei may well learn from foreign advanced experience to be earlier and better than Beijing and Tianjin in its mechanism reform.Hebei has lagged behi... |
