| 摘 要： | “十二五”时期是加快推进我国公共体育服务体系建设的关键时期.围绕公共体育服务体系的构建,阐释了“十二五时期我国公共体育服务体系建设的指导思想、基本思路及目标任务,并从明确不同层级政府间的公共体育服务职责、构建非均衡的公共财政政策、构建以政府为主导的主体多元协同互动的公共体育服务治理格局、制定“基本公共体育服务国家标准”、完善公共体育服务体系建设的发展规划和实施方案、夯实公共体育服务体系建设的制度基础、健全公共体育服务的绩效评估和监管、监督机制等七个方面构思了“十二五”时期我国公共体育服务体系建设的可行机制与策略.
