低氧力竭运动及恢复期间大鼠骨骼肌肌原纤维ATPase活性的动态变化研究

摘    要:研究低氧力竭运动及恢复期间大鼠骨骼肌肌原纤维ATPase活性的动态变化.方法:取健康SD雌性大鼠152只,随机分成4组:常氧对照组(C)、常氧力竭组(OE)、低氧对照组(HC)、低氧力竭组(HE).其中HC、HE两低氧组在模拟4000米高原的低氧舱(氧浓度12.7%)进行低氧暴露及力竭后的低氧恢复;3天后OE、HE两个运动组均在常氧下进行一次力竭性跑台下坡运动.各组均于力竭后迅速选取股四头肌样本测定肌原纤维ATPase活性.结果:与C组相比,HC组在低氧数天后,股四头肌肌原纤维ATPase活性明显升高(P<0.01),OE组力竭后24h才出现升高;而HE组则变化不显著,说明单纯低氧或常氧运动可引起肌原纤维ATPase活性升高,但两种因素并不是简单叠加,力竭后低氧恢复对肌纤维收缩活性不利.

Abstract:Purpose:to observe the change of rat skeletal muscle myofibril ATPase activity during the recovery periods of hypoxia and exhausting exercise.Method:152 female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:1)normoxic condition(control,C),2)exhausting at normoxic condition(OE),3)control at hypoxic condition(HC),4)exhausting after hypoxic condition(HE).Result:compared to C group,the myofibril ATPase activity of HC group were significantly higher after it exposed to the hypoxic condition for several days(P<0.01),and of OE group,the myofibril ATPase activity increased 24h after the exhaustion exercise,there was no significant change of the ATPase activity in HE group.Conclusion:hypoxia and exhaustion exercise could improve the myofibril ATPase activity,respectively,but these two factors did not show the cooperative effects and recover under hypoxia condition after exhuasting exercise showed no benefit of the recover of myofibril ATPase activity.
