| 摘 要： | 在借鉴前人有关群众体育理论和评价理论研究的基础上，设计了群众体育评价的“投入-产出”模型；根据这一模型，通过特尔菲法、主成分分析法构建了西部群众体育评价指标体系，包括群众体育生活质量、群众体育资源保障、群众体育效益效果、社会环境影响因素4个主要因素和13个具体指标；运用构建的群众体育评价指标体系，以四川、重庆和云南三省市为例进行了实证比较和排名。
