| 摘 要： | 退役运动员人力资源是我国体育事业发展过程中不容忽视的一种资源,开发利用退役运动员人力资源是合理利用人力资源建设体育强国的有效形式。结合当前我国退役运动的相关现状,提出了大力开发退役运动员人力资源、加强退役运动员人力资源培训,构建退役运动员人力资源开发体系等策略。
