| 摘 要： | 以转型时期对中国体育管理的影响为背景,揭示中国体育管理在管理方式及手段、政府体育部门的机构改革和职能转变、国际竞技体育新秩序、社会力量的兴起及投资主体多元化及发达地区与欠发达地区体育发展差异化等方面面临的挑战.指出未来中国体育管理的发展趋势与政府改革,应当紧跟世界各国体育管理发展的潮流、符合社会主义市场经济条件下文化发展的规律、适应我国体育发展的内在要求,探索政府主导下的体育管理多元化运行机制.

| Abstract: | Against the backdrop of the influence of the transition period on China's sports management,this paper first analyzes such challenges China's sports management faces as coming from managing methods,organizational reform and functional transition of the government sports departments,new order of international competitive sports,emergence of social power,diversified investment entities and sports development gap between the developed and the underdeveloped.Then,it proposes that China's government reform and development of sports management should be in line with world sports management trend,cultural development rules under the socialist market economy and internal needs of our sports development.Finally,it explores the working mechanism of pluralistic sports management under the leadership of the government. |
