| 摘 要： | 应用《群体环境问卷》对我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力水平进行全面的调查研究,分析影响我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力的多种因素.研究结果表明,我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力总体水平普遍偏低,任务凝聚力水平高于交往凝聚力水平;不同训练年限的运动员任务凝聚力水平具有显著性差异;不同司职位置间运动员任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;主力、替补运动员间交往凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;不同运动等级运动员间任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异.

| Abstract: | By applying "GEO",the thesis writers comprehensively survey the cohesion level of China's A-Level Men's Volleyball Team and analyze the factors affecting the cohesion level.The researching findings indicate: the cohesion level of China's A-Level Men's Volleyball Team is generally low,the task-fulfilling cohesion level is higher than contact-making cohesion level,the task-fulfilling cohesion level among athletes with different training periods or different positions differs obviously,the contact-making cohesion level among top players and substitute players differs significantly and the task-fulfilling cohesion level among athletes of different sports levels also differs significantly. |
