| 摘 要： | 通过对华东地区五省一市30所高校体育俱乐部发展现状的调查,对高校体育俱乐部的管理体制、运作情况、经费来源及教练员的选聘工作等进行了分析,探讨了高校俱乐部存在的学生体育成绩考试评价难,经费筹集管理难,师资队伍专业对口难等问题,为高校体育俱乐部的发展提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | Through the investigation on the status quo of sports clubs in 30 universities and colleges, it made analysis on management, implementation, monetary resources and selection of coaches, and also discussed some difficulties existing in these clubs, such as the evaluation of students' scores, financial management, non-majoring of teachers, and so on, in reference to the development of sports clubs in universities and colleges. |
