| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、专家访问、查阅文献资料的方法，对山西省运动员社会保障就业现状进行调查分析，针对其中存在的问题，提出依靠法律保证，建立健全完善的运动员社会保障制度，多渠道解决保障基金和提高群众认识等建议，为促进山西省竞技体育可持续发展提供研究参考。
