| 摘 要： | 动态观察电针对长时间进行运动训练的中长跑运动员(青少年)半程马拉松比赛后机能恢复的影响.选取上海体育学院附属竞技学校18-22岁中长跑运动员6名,采用生化检测及放射免疫法,测试其在不训练、两次半程马拉松赛后4h、28h,外周血尿素氮BUN,肌酸激酶CK,血睾酮T、皮质醇C的变化,两次比赛间隔正好1个月,其中一次赛后给予针灸.结果:两次半程马拉松比赛后4h血清BUN、CK均有不同程度的升高,T值下降,提示机体的运动能力有所下降,产生了运动性疲劳,电针可帮助其指标恢复,以T/C比值反应更加敏感.结论:电针可对其赛后机能的恢复起到积极的作用. |

| Abstract: | This study was designed to explore the electroacupuncture effects on the medium-long distance athletes' physical efficiency recovery after half-marathon race.By using the biochemical method and radioimmunoassy,six medium-long distance athleltes aged 18-22 in affiliated school of Shanghai University of Sport were selected to take part in a test to observe the change of blood urea nitrogen,creatine kinase,testosterone and cortisol in the athletes' peripheral blood when without training,and after 4 and 28 hours respectively after two half-marathon races.There was one month's interval between the two races and after one of them the athletes were electroacupunctured.The results showed that in the 4 hours after two races the counts of BUN,CK upgraded differently and the counts of testosterone decreased with the implication of that exercise fatigue could be induced by intensive training such as half-marathon but electroacupuncture helped the counts of them back to the original level.The conclusion of the study was that electroacupuncture had positive effects to restoration. |
