摘    要:在健美操教学中进行"三自主"分层教学模式的实验表明:实现了"三自主"选课的班内分层教学,不仅能提高学生的学习兴趣,而且能使学生在"最近发展区"得到提高,因而受到学生的喜爱.这种教学模式更有利于学生终身体育习惯的形成.

Abstract:This article explores the teaching mode of attracting students to participate in the selective aerobic course by an experimental research.The results show stratified teaching in a "three autonomy" class is welcomed because it can effectively enhance students' interest and improve students at the nearest development area.Even more,this kind of teaching mode is more beneficial for students to form a life-long sports habit.
