适宜健身负荷对女大学生身心健康综合影响的研究

摘    要:采用实验法和问卷调查法对成都地区在校女大学生348人进行实验研究.将研究对象随机分为适宜健身负荷组、常规体育课组和对照组.实验结果显示:1.适宜健身负荷能有效提高女大学生的上肢力量、腹部力量、下肢力量和灵敏素质,促进体内脂肪代谢,使体脂百分比下降,瘦体重相对增加,体重指数正常;哈佛台阶指数增大,30秒30次蹲起心功能指数下降,心肌收缩力量增强,循环机能的耐力水平提高.2.适宜健身负荷锻炼后,女大学生的焦虑和精神病性因子分高于常模水平,体质与心理健康没有显著的相关关系,表明适宜健身负荷锻炼对女大学生的心理影响可能与年龄、性别和社会因素有关.

Abstract:This article carries on an experimental research on 348 collegegirls in Chengdu area by using experiment and questionnaire. Divide the object into suitable group and contrastable group at random. The result shows: 1, Suitable physical load will improve collegegirl's strength of upper limbs effectively, same as belly strength, strength of lower limbs and sensitive quality, promote the internal fat metabolism, drop down body fat percentage. The thin weight increases relatively. The weight index is normal.The step index in Harvard increases, heart function index of squat per second dropped. The cardiac muscle shrinks strength to strengthen, the endurance level of the circulation function improves. 2. After training by suitable load, the anxiety and mental diseases factor of collegegirl is higher than the routine level. There is no remarkable relevant relation between physique and psychological health, this indicate that the psychological impact on the collegegirl of suitable load training might have relations to the age, sex and social factor.
