| 摘 要： | 体育公平是体育本质的内在要求,是指在一定的社会历史条件下,人们对体育参与权利、机会和资源分配的平等性的一种体育社会价值观念。分别对竞技体育、社会体育和学校体育三方面的公平缺失带来的社会影响进行了分析,并对体育公平建立的社会意义进行了论述,认为:体育公平是体育健康发展的内在要求;体育公平是社会公平发展不可或缺的组成部分;体育公平具有促进社会稳定的功效。
