| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问和比较分析的方法对我国普通高校高水平运动队教练员来源与构成模式问题进行了研究。通过对我国普通高校开展高水平竞技体育内外环境考察分析，认为我国普通高校高水平运动队教练员来源的主渠道是高校系统和体委系统，教练员的构成可分为教学训练兼顾型、训练主导型、外聘专职型。这种来源与构成成分将会长时间存在下去。

| Abstract: | Study is made in the present work on sources and patterns of coaches for high-level sport teams in colleges and universities in China by using different ways, such as making investigations and visits, searching vast of references and making comparative analysis, and so on Results show that the main channels include colleges and universities themselves, as well as official gym system Coaches consist mainly of those doubling as teaching training, training only, part-time job Such sources and patterns will last for a long time |
