| 摘 要： | 教研室建设是教研室工作的"纲"。加强教研室建设可对提高教学质量、提高教师思想、业务素质,提高专业建设水平起到基础性的保障作用。而通过评估的办法则可促进、推动教研室建设。体育院校教研室建设的评估应从教学、训练的管理,教改、科研,师资队伍,教风几个方面着手。

It can play very important role in improving teaching quality, teachers' quality and thinking and construction level and, through evaluation, can promote construction of researching office. The evaluation of P.E. Institutes should be based on teaching, training, researching, teachers' group, teaching style and so on. |
