城市中老年健身女性骨密度的定量超声测定及其与骨代谢指标的相关性分析

摘    要:采用0steospace超声骨密度仪,测定94位成都市城区中老年健身锻炼女性跟骨骨密度指标:BUA、SOS、STI,按照5岁为一年龄段分为四组;全自动生化分析仪测定血清ALP含量;放射免疫法测定血清hCT、BGP、IL-6、TNP、E2含量.结果:不同年龄段人体测量指标无显著差异,T-score值随年龄逐渐降低,组间比较有极显著差异;血清BGP、AlP含量随增龄而升高,与BUA、SOS、STI骨密度指标呈负相关;BUA、SOS、STI骨密度指标与血清hCT、IL-6、TNF含量呈负相关,与血清E2含量呈正相关.骨量减少和骨质疏松发生率随增龄而升高.结论:中老年健身运动女性BMD指标、骨代谢生化指标随增龄呈现动态变化特点;骨量减少,骨质疏松发生率随增龄而升高.

Abstract:Objective: the article is to explore the quantitative ultrasound determination of bone mineral density(BMD) of middle-aged and old exercise women and its relationship with bone metabolic biochemical indexes and cytokine content.Methods: 94middle-aged and old exercise women in urban area of Chengdu are divided into 4 groups according to their ages and BUA,SOS,STI of BMD indexes at calcaneus are determined by Osteospace quantitative ultrasound instrument.The content of serum alkaline phosphatase(AIP) is determined by full-automatic biochemical analysis instrument.The content of serum calcitonin(hCT),osteocalcin(BGP),interleukin(IL-6),estradiol(E2) and tumour necrosis factor(TNF) are determined by radioimmunoassy.Results: There are no significant differences of anthropometric indexes in different age groups,and T-score values of four age groups show significant age-related change.The content of serum BGP and AIP has significantly negative correlation with BUA,SOS,STI of BMD indexes,and concomitantly increase with age;BUA,SOS,STI of BMD indexes have negative correlation with the content of serum hCT,IL-6,TNF,and positive correlation with the content of serum E2.The prevalence of osteopenia and osteoporosis concomitantly increase with age gradually.Conclusions: the BMD indexes and biochemical bone metabolic indexes are dynamically changed in middle-aged and old exercise women,and the prevalence of osteopenia and osteoporosis concomitantly decease with age.
