| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立，体育职业化、商业化的不断深入，体育经济和体育产业在国家经济中的比重不断加大。特别是体育一形式的特殊化，作为中介的体育经纪人的活动形式已初具规模。所以，建立一个符合我国国情的，以国家体育总局为主国家工商行政管理局为辅的，立法完善、职责明确、相互协调的体育经纪人管理体制已成为当务之急。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of market economy,the professionalization of sports and the further development of commercialization of sports,sports economy and industry play a more and more important role in the country's economy.Sports brokers as the intremediate service men have gained their proper position in the concerning activities.Accordingly,it is urgent to set up an administration system for sports brokers which in suitale to China's situation and led by the State Administration of Sports and Physical Culture with the Administration of Commerce and Industry to assist it. |
