力竭运动对线粒体结构,功能的影响

摘    要:目前,力竭运动或运动疲劳状态下线粒体结构及其功能的变化爱到了广泛的重视。力竭运动状下线粒体内膜流动性及呼吸链酶活性发生变化,使氧化磷酸化过程受阻,致使生成减少,影响了运动能力,笔者从自由基学说、电子漏引起质子漏假说及钙反常三方面竭运动对线粒体氧化磷酸化偶联程度一些影响进行阐述,探讨影响线粒体功能的一些机制。

Abstract:recently, changes of the structure and fun ction of mitochondria during the exhaustive exercise of exercise -induced fatigue has been widely interested . The inner mitochondria membrane (IMM) fluidity and activity of the respiration chain changed during exhaustive exercise. This article explains some factors in fluencing coupling of oxidative phosphorylation of mitochondria from free radica l hypothesis, the hypothesis that the electron leak caused proton., calcium abno rmality, and researches some causes leaking to the changes of function of mitoch ondria.
