| 摘 要： | 兴奋剂的范围很广,违禁药物是兴奋剂的一部分,国际奥委会医务委员会到1991年底公布的违禁药物计五大类100种。这五大类是刺激剂、麻醉止痛剂、合成类固醇、β—阻断剂和利尿剂,以及血液兴奋剂。运动员使用这些违禁药物在竞赛中能获得非法利益,但滥用药物对于身体健康的运动员危害极大。本文就违禁药物的种类、各类药物的作用机理、毒性和副作用作了较全面的介绍。

| Abstract: | There are 100 medicines divided into five categories which are prohibited to use as Doping by IOC. These five categories are Stimulants, Narcotics analgesics e. g, Anabolic steroids e. g, Beta-blocker e. g, and Diuretics e, g, in addition to Blood doping. Taking these medicines is immoral and is harmful to Human body in competition. We'll discuss the poison and side effects from use of Doping in this paper. |
