| 摘 要： | 对体育产权的概念、研究现状进行了研究.认为体育产权是泛指对一切体育财产和财产资源的权利,并提出了将经济学、法学理论结合起来研究体育产权,重点研究体育组织和协会、项目管理中心的产权制度创新,借鉴国外的实践经验研究职业竞技体育产权制度的建议.
