| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料阅读法、个案经验总结法、专家问卷调查法和数理统计法,对目前我国游泳教练员运用诊断方法对运动员竞技能力实施训练学诊断的现状进行调查和研究,发现不同训练层次和不同职称水平的教练员在运用诊断方法实施诊断上存在着差异,具有不同的特征,也找到目前我国游泳教练员在诊断运动员竞技能力方面存在的不足,并总结出适合我国目前业余游泳训练中、初级阶段客观实际需要的常用诊断方法.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,case study,questionnaire and statistics,the paper analyzes the present situation of training diagnostic methods used by swimming coaches to analyze the athletic capacity of swimmers in China.The result shows that coaches in different training grades and professional levels use different diagnostic methods.The paper finds the discrepancies of Chinese swimming coaches in diagnosing swimmers' athletic capability and summarizes the general diagnostic methods which fit for the practical needs of recent elementary amateur training in China. |
