| 摘 要： | 通过对高校教体结合的现状进行分析,发现随着教育体系的不断改革,高校运动队的建设和发展面临着与学校管理体系难以结合,以及相关资源配置不合理等问题。认为在教体结合的政策指导下,建立紧密衔接市场服务与教育管理相配套的教体结合管理体系,是解决当前高校培养高水平运动人才的主要途径。
