| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对当前四川省竞技体育人才培养现状进行了较为深入的调查,并探索了四川省教练员、运动员对教-体-商结合的竞技体育人才培养模式的的认知和态度,为四川省竞技体育人才培养规模化、职业化发展提供依据。通过综合分析,找出四川省在竞技体育人才培养方面存在的问题并给出了解决的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Documentation,questionnaire and interviewing with experts are employed in this paper to deeply research the current situation of athletic sports talents cultivation system in Sichuan province.By means of comprehensive analysis,we find out the problems that exist in the athletic sports talents cultivation in Sichuan and explore the feasibility of carrying out the education-sports-business pattern of training athletic sports mothball talents in Sichuan. |
