| 摘 要： | 大学生的体育价值观决定于体育行为。对体育的作用和意义的认识程度，直接影响对体育的参与行为的性质和状态。因此，大学生的体育价值观是体育行为的杠杆；供需的反差导致行为的消极；信心影响参与。为了提高体育教学质量，当树立正确的体育观，提高学生兴趣；培养学生的信心和勇气。

| Abstract: | College student's value outlook on sports determines his sports behaviour.The cognitivedegree to sports function a nd significan ce directly affects the nature and the statc of the behaviourinvolving sports,Therefore,college student's value outlook on sports is the lever of sports behaviour,and the contrast between the supply and the need results in the passive behaviour and the slack inparticipating.In order to improve the quality of physical education,we should help the students to setup a correct sports outlook,increase their interest and train their confidence and couragement. |
