| 摘 要： | 从我国田径运动发展中的全运战略与奥运战略冲突现象进行研究,结果表明:地方政府过分强调政绩观、缺乏科学的地方体育工作评估和考核体系、竞赛制度的错位、激励政策不健全以及兴奋剂事件的频繁出现等因素困扰田径发展,对解决这一困境提出一些合理的对策与建议.

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the conflicting practice between national sports strategies and Olympic Games strategies during the development of track and field in China,the article found out its reasons as follows.Local government overemphasized their political achievements;there was short of local scientific sport assessment and examining systems;mismatch existed in contest systems;stimulating policies were not mature enough and stimulant drugs scandals were often reported.Then the writer presented some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures. |
