| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和数据统计法,分析了现阶段世界竞技游泳的格局,针对我国竞技游泳水平滑坡的现象,指出我国近几年竞技游泳滑坡的原因及存在的问题.各级主管部门应始终坚持贯彻执行各项体育方针政策,强化奥运战略;挖掘游泳后备人才,创建人才培养基地;建立科研训练基地,加强对"反兴奋剂"的研究;增强教练员的综合素质,提高科研能力.
