| 摘 要： | 艺术体操等级动作是艺术体操专修班必须完成的主要教学任务。通过两年的专修课学习，学生必须达到二级运动员标准。如何在短时间内使学生掌握等级动作并达到标准呢？我们的对策是通过对学生实施有目标的控制、调节，使其在一定的目标指导下得到提高。经过对我院三个年级的教学实践，收到了明显的效果，达标率达１００％。

| Abstract: | Graded movements belong to a compulsory course for the students majoring inrythmic gymnastics. The students must attsin the criterion of Grade B for athletes after two vcars ofpracticing. But how to enable the students to marster the movements remains aproblem. Our solutionlies in targeted control and adjustment to the students whiCh can improve their performande under acertain target.The practical to 3 grades of students in our institute has a remarkable effect and thecriterion rate reaches 100%. |
