血府逐瘀汤对无训练适应大鼠血液流变学及力竭性游泳后运动能力的影响

摘    要:将32只SD雌性大鼠随机分为4组,即安静对照组(C1)、服药对照组(C2)、单纯运动组(T1)和服药运动组(T2),观察血府逐瘀汤对无训练适应大鼠血液流变学及力竭性游泳运动能力的影响。结果:1)大鼠服药7天后,服药对照组血液流变学较安静对照组显著改善:服药运动组游泳至力竭的时间较单纯运动组显著延长;2)一次性力竭游泳后即刻,单纯运动组、服药运动组大鼠的血液流变学较其对照组均呈现显著性异常改变,但服药运动组大鼠血液流变学的异常改变较单纯运动组显著性减轻。结论:血府逐瘀汤可显著改善无训练适应大鼠的血液流变学,减轻其力竭性游泳运动后血液流变学的异常改变,提高其力竭性游泳运动能力。

Abstract:32 SD female rats were divided into four groups in random order,which were resting comparative group(C_1),resting and being taken drug comparative group(C_2),only exercise group(T_1),exercise and being taken drug group(T_2) to observe the effects of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on hemorheology and sports capability after exhaustive swimming in untrained rats.Results:(1) After untrained rats had been taken drug for seven days,the hemorheologies of C_2 were also signigicantly better than those of C_1;The swimming times to exhaustion of C_2 were signigicantly longer than those of C_1;2) At immediately post exhaustive swimming,the hemorheologiex of T_1 and T_2 were less than those of T_1.Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu decoction could significantly enhance the blood rheology and exhaustive swimming capacity in untrained rats,and reduce the abnormal change of hemorheology in untrained rats at immediately post exhaustive swimming.
