| 摘 要： | 通过对背越式与俯卧式跳高的助跑速度、着地起跳时的人体重心投影点离着地点的距离、起跳时的摆腿特点的对比分析,找到了这两种方式跳高起跳的动力学差距;根据曲腿摆动的起跳与过竿特点,分析了背越式跳高技术动作过程的必然性;依据背越式起跳时的骨盆转动特点,分析了背越式跳高起跳后身体自然转向背对横竿的动力来源.
