| 摘 要： | 构建我国民族民间体育产业化政策体系的逻辑起点在于:政府有责任承担公共责任与弥补"市场失灵"缺陷,促进优秀民族民间文化的现代传承与发展.其政策体系的构建是贯彻国家民族文化等相关政策,补充完善我国现有体育产业政策体系的体现,有利于促进我国产业结构优化与提高文化软实力.我国民族民间体育产业化政策体系构建包括民族民间体育的产业化发展政策产业化结构政策;产业化组织政策;产业化布局政策.最后还需加强和形成民族民间体育产业化政策调节机制. |
