| 摘 要： | 文章从明确社会体育指导员职业的市场定位、建立就业准入制度,为职业型社会体育指导员就业铺平道路、社会体育指导员职业资格培训市场的构建、培训课程设置与教学资源准备等四个方面分析,提出推行《社会体育指导员国家职业资格证书制度》的建议.

| Abstract: | This article explored the following four suggestions to carry out Social Sports Instructor's Profession Qualifications Certificate System.Clarify orientation of markets,and build regulations on employment to lay out an even path for professional social sports instructor's employment.Construct training markets for social sports instructor's profession qualifications,and prepare relevant curriculum and teaching resources. |
