摘    要:将40名山西大学体育学院2009级男生被随机分为4组:分为急性有氧运动组(H1)、间歇性无氧运动组(H2)和长期有氧运动组(H3)和不运动组(D),H1和H2组受试者在Monark功率自行车上进行急性运动,H1组的运动强度为75% O2 max运动至力竭,H2组尽全力骑功率自行车35秒×3,间歇3分钟,0.075kg/kg体重负荷,H3组受试者进行3个月的有氧运动,D组不参加任何运动.实验前、实验后即刻与实验后40小时左右,分别抽血检测受试者血液流变指标的变化等.结果:(1)急性运动不论是有氧运动还是间歇性无氧运动,运动后即刻均使人体血浆粘度升高,血液红细胞变形性降低、聚集性升高,全血粘度变坏.长期有氧运动可以促进血液流变向好的方向变化;(2)长期低强度有规律的有氧运动后,血小板内NOS活性和血浆NO含量均明显升高,而急性运动不论是有氧运动还是间歇性无氧运动后NOS活性和NO含量稍有降低.结论:(1)急性有氧运动与间歇性无氧运动都能使机体血液流变性明显发生不良变化,而长期规律的有氧低强度运动后这些指标均有向好方向发展的趋势.(2)急性有氧运动与间歇性无氧运动都能对机体NO合成和活性、NOS活性都起到了抑制作用,影响机体血小板的功能,诱导血小板聚集性增强,而长期规律的有氧低强度运动能增强血小板内NOS活性,NO合成和释放,使NO含量和活性提高.

Abstract:Aim:The author randomly divided the male students of the college of physical education into 4 groups(10 students for one group).The groups included the experimental group H1,H2 and H3 and the control group D.The experimental group was divided into acute aerobic exercise group(H1),intermittent anaerobic exercise group(H2) and Long time exercise group(H3).The control group was the Don’t exercise group(D).The subjects of the group H1 and H2 did acute aerobic exercise on the Monark power bicycle.The exercise intensity of the group H1 was from 75%O2max to exhaust.The subjects of the group H2 rode the Power bicycle 35 sec x 3.In the riding process the intermittence of riding was 3 minutes and weight of load for the subjects was 0.075kg/kg.The subjects of the group H3 did aerobic exercise for 3 months.And the subjects of the group D did no exercises.Before,instantly after and 40 minutes after the experiment,the subjects’ blood was drawn to test their blood viscosity of whole blood(low shear,high cut),the plasma viscosity,the erythrocyte aggregation index,the erythrocyte deformation index,the platelet NOS activity and the changes of plasma NO content.Results: 1.Both acute aerobic exercise and intermittent anaerobic exercise can cause the increase of the human blood plasma viscosity,reduction of the red blood cell deformability,aggregation elevation and the bad blood viscosity.Long time aerobic exercise can promote blood flow changing for the better.2.After the long time regular aerobic low-intensity exercises,platelet NOS activity and plasma NO levels were significantly elevated.Yet after the acute exercises,no matter they are acute aerobic exercise or intermittent anaerobic exercise,the NOS activity and NO content decreased slightly.Conclusion:1.Both acute aerobic exercise and intermittent anaerobic exercise can make the blood rheology go through apparent adverse changes,yet after the long time regular aerobic low-intensity exercises those indexes begin to develop in a good direction.2.Both acute aerobic exercise and intermittent anaerobic exercise can inhibit the NO synthesis and activity and NOS activity.At the same time,they may affect the function of the platelet and induce the enhancement of the platelet aggregation.Yet the long time regular aerobic low-intensity exercise can enhance the platelet NOS activity,NO synthesis and release,and increase the content and activity of NO.
