摘    要:采用文献资料、专家访谈及测试法,以20名体育教育专业男性大学生为测试对象,分别对慢跑、慢跑+静力拉伸、慢跑+动力性拉伸、慢跑+组间继续静力性拉伸、慢跑+组间继续动力性拉伸5种准备活动后即刻、5min、10min、15min的下蹲纵跳(CMJ)进行测试。结果表明,组间动力性拉伸对CMJ能力的发挥有利,成绩提高2.3%,而组间静力性拉伸对CMJ能力的负面影响明显,成绩下降4.3%。拉伸后随时间延长(10min)CMJ出现下降现象。结论:不同拉伸组合方式及拉伸后的延迟时间对CMJ成绩的影响存在差异。

Influence of Different Stretching Forms and Delay Time on the Explosive Force of the Lower Extremities

Abstract:The methods of literature study,expert interviews and testing are adopted to test 20 PE students for their 5min,10min and 15min CMJ immediately after the five warming-up activities of jogging,jogging+static stretching,jogging+dynamic stretching,jogging+ continuous static stretching between groups,jogging+continuous dynamic stretching between groups.The result shows that the dynamic stretching between groups is helpful to the performance of the CMJ ability,with the result increased by 2.3%,while static stretching between groups shows a significant negative effect on the CMJ ability,with result decreased by 4.3%.With time delay(10min) after the stretching,there is a decrease of CMJ.The paper accordingly comes to the conclusion that different stretching combinations and delay time after the stretching bring about different influence to CMJ.
