| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法等研究方法对英国休闲体育政策进行了探讨。研究发现英国的休闲体育政策的演进特点主要表现在以下几个方面:从少数阶层享有向大众参与转化的政策导向;以宏观间接调节为主要管理模式;注重发挥社会组织的作用;并提出了英国休闲体育政策对我国休闲体育发展的启示:建立政府主导下的有限市场化机制;努力实现体育公共服务均等化;充分发挥社会体育组织的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of literature,etc.,the paper explores British leisure sports policies,with the result indicating its evolution and characteristics as follows: a transfer of policy guidance from the minor class to the general public,the macro and indirect management mode of the government,attachment to social organizations and the all-round development of leisure sports industry,etc.There are inspirations of British leisure sports policy fro China to draw on: China’s leisure sports development has the certain enlightenment: the limited marketization dominated by the government,the efforts to realize the quality of public sports services,the full performance of social sports organizations and the perfection of leisure sports industry policy,etc. |
