| 摘 要： | 为推进和完善我国的残疾人体育基本公共服务,采用文献法、调查法和比较法等研究方法,对残疾人体育基本公共服务理论、国外残疾人体育基本公共服务的有益经验等进行了探讨。研究认为,残疾人体育活动属于基本公共服务范畴,其发展应当以基本公共服务的相关理论作指导,并适当借鉴国外的有益经验。最后对改进我国残疾人体育基本公共服务的现状提出了针对性的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The paper,depending on the methods of literature,questionnaires and comprehensive comparisons,discusses the disabled people’s sports value,the theory of the basic public sports services for the disabled,the experience of foreign countries in the basic public sports services and the suggestions of strengthening China’s basic public sports services for the disabled.The research believes that disabled people are of great value both to individuals and society.Disabled people’s sports activities fall into the category of public services,so its development should be guided by the concerning theories of public services and foreign experience should be properly borrowed to boom its development.Finally the paper suggests the concerning measures to improve the basic public sports services for Chinese disabled people |
