| 摘 要： | 反击在跆拳道竞技比赛中有着广泛的应用,反击是否成功,取决于双方进攻和针对该次进攻的反击的质量对比。反击的结构由准备、防守、攻击、结束四个环节构成。反击包括抢先反击、同时反击、防后反击三种方式。运动员应该根据自身特点设计和使用反击策略,并根据对手的不同和比赛局势的不同,进行有的放矢的变化。

| Abstract: | Counterattack is widely applied in taekwondo.The success of counterattack depends on the quality of attack and counterattack of both sides.The structure of counterattack is composed of preparation,defense,attack and finish.Counterattack includes preemptive counterattack,simultaneous attack and anti-back attack.Athletes should design and use counterattack strategy according to their own characteristics and change their strategy according to different rivals and situations. |
