| Abstract: | The author treated 507 casses of cervical vertebra disease mainly by means of Physiotherapy besides with a massage and has received a satisfied effect. The medical gymnastic exercises employed by the author mobilized patients' internal factors and strengthened the resistant ability through patient's self-exercise. The functions of the exercise are to pull properly neck muscles,to make the Gas and Blood of the local area go smoothly, to recover cervical vertebra's elasticity and to keep the balance of Yin and Yang. The clinical practice has proved that physiotherapy is a necessary mean for Preventing and treating cervical vertebra disease. |
