力竭运动对大鼠大脑微结构的影响

摘    要:本实验观察了大鼠安静时、力竭运动后即刻、24小时大脑毛细血管以及神经组织微结构的变化。结果显示:力竭运动后即刻,大鼠大脑毛细血管周围的神经胶质细胞和神经细胞肿胀,在毛细血管周围出现明显的空泡区。毛细血管壁有突起伸入管腔,基膜增厚。内皮细胞、周细胞以及毛细血管周围的神经胶质细胞和神经细胞内的线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂,但是神经细胞核的微结构未见异常变化。力竭运动后24小时,各微结构的异常变化有明显好转,但还未完全恢复正常。

Abstract:The microstructures of the cerebral capillaries and nervous tissue in rats were oberved with the microscope and transmisson electron microscope at the states of the rest, the immdiate time after exhaustive exercise,and 24 hours later in this study. The results showed that in the immdiate time after exhaustive exercise, on the rats cerebral the neuroglia and neurons cells around the blood capillacies were swollen and the zone of the emptying bubbles emerged obviously. On the cerebral capillaries,there are the convex perts,which protrude into the vessels. It the mitochondria in endothelial cells pericytes, neuroglia, and neurons cells around the capillaries were swollen, and the mitochondria cristaes were broken too, but the neural nuclei didn't show an abnormal change. The microstructures of the abnormal changes were improved obviously 24 hours later after the exhaustive exercise, but it couldn't recover to that of the rest state.
