力竭性离心运动对骨骼肌结构的影响及其机理初探

摘    要:采用文献上典型的力竭性离心运动来训练45只大鼠,用光镜、电镜观察运动后即刻,运动后21小时以及48小时,鼠比目鱼肌和股直肌的形态学结构。实验结果表明:运动组较对照组出现了明显的异常,且在48小时内骨骼肌的这个异常变化有加重的趋势,运动后:21~48小时,快肌股直肌结构异常程度普遍不如慢肌比目鱼肌明显。

Abstract:rats were trained by means of the typical exhaustive centrifugal exercise,and theoptical/electronic miCroscopes were employed to observe the skeletal muscular structure(SMS).Theresults showed that there were much more the innormal changes in the SMS in athletic group than thatof the comparison group and more,the innormal changes were ingravescent during the period of 48hours.The innorrnal degree in the slow-twitch(the soleus)muscle was generally more significant thanthat of the fast-twitch(the rectus femoris) muscle.
