| 摘 要： | 观察大鼠跑台力竭跑步后锌与运动耐力的影响，结果表明运动组与运动后补锌组骨骼肌、血清锌含量有变化，耐力也有较大差别，适当补锌可增强肌肉的耐力，提高运动能力。

| Abstract: | he results from investigationg on the effect of Zn upon the endurance ability in ratsafter an exhaustive treadmill-running showed that there were the significant differences of beth Znamounts in muscles and serum and serum and the endurance ability between the exercise group and thespecial sports group,which intook Zn after the treadmill-running.The proper Zn supply couldstrengthen muscle's endurance ability and raise body's performance capacity. |
