| 摘 要： | 提出应按照系统的观点,以"5-2-1"为重点建设方面,系统建设社区体育."5"是从体育场地设施、体育政策法规、社区生态环境、社区体育管理与人才开发、体育文化氛围五个方面来系统构建社区体育环境;"2"是从社区体育事业和社区体育产业这两方面展开;"1"是通过环境建设和开展社区体育活动促进人们形成正确的体育价值观.以此形成社区体育全面、协调、可持续发展的建设思路.

| Abstract: | This article talked about how to develop community sports systematically based on 5-2-1 pattern."5"means to design the community sports environment from five aspects: sports ground equipment,sports policies and laws,community's biological environment,community sports management and talents development,and sports cultural atmosphere as well."2" means to launch the sports events by means of community sports project and industry."1"means to help people form the correct sports concept of value through environment construction and activities.Therefore,a comprehensive,cooperating and sustaining working thought will come into being. |
