摘    要:通过长时间大强度游泳训练,观察大鼠组织学结构改变及大脑皮质NE、5-HT表达情况.结果显示:对照组大脑皮质结构正常,可见NE、5-HT在大脑皮质微血管、神经元细胞的胞体和轴突有阳性表达,而且血管表达多于神经细胞表达.过度训练组可可见明显微循环障碍,神经元细胞周围空泡变,5-HT表达面积、表达强度和表达水平均高于对照组,但元显著性.实验表明NE、5-HT参与了运动性中枢疲劳的发生和发展.NE、5-HT通过直接或间接影响脑微循环和神经细胞功能和结构,使运动能力进一步下降,导致运动性中枢疲劳.

Abstract:SD rats were treated with overloaded swimming training to observe the changes of cerebral cortex microstructure,and NE&5-HT expression's location.Findings indicated that the microstructures in cerebral cortex were normal and the expression of NE&5-HT were positive on neurons and endothelial cells in control group(C group).However,there were significant abnormal changes of microstructures in overloaded group(O group).Meanwhile,the 5-HT positive area,intensity and level were increased without significance.It is possible that NE&5-HT may play important roles in the occurrence and development of sports CNS fatigue.NE&5-HT can affect the function and structure of microvessels and neurons in cerebral cortex.Under the condition,motor ability decreased significantly,including sports CNS fatigue.
