| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、比较分析法,对中、美、日、英、俄、德六国体育学科研究生导师专业化模式和路径进行比较研究,指出我国已初步形成体育学科研究生导师职前、入职和在职教育培训体系,但体育学科研究生导师专业化面临着完善导师监督机制、提升导师职业素养、完善导师教育发展体系以及强化体育学科“产学研”三方结合等问题.
