| 摘 要： | 散打规则和裁判法在2011年进行了较大的修改,从而使得散打技法的运用呈现新的特点.运用文献资料、录像观察和逻辑分析等研究方法,对新旧规则下我国男子散打运动员的技法运用情况进行对比分析.研究表明:在新规则和裁判法下,男子散打在技术运用上,拳腿的运用比例明显提高,踢打摔的技法结构更趋平衡；摔法不仅使用率明显下降,得分率也有所降低,逐步改观“唯摔获胜”的局面.散打技术的发展趋势是:踢打摔更加均衡；技术更为规范,注重细节和功力；技法向组合运用发展,运动员应在全面发展的基础上,突出特长,向攻防平衡型发展.

| Abstract: | By using the research methods of video-tape observation,expert Interview,logic analysis,etc,the paper compares and analyzes the technical application of Sanda in the old and new rules,with the result showing that: the ratio of the use of fists and legs is obviously increased and the kick-hit-wrestle technique has become more balanced;wrestling is less used and its scoring chance is also decreased,which has gradually changed the situation of winning by only wrestling.The development trend of Sanda is: there ... |
