| 摘 要： | 长期以来,如何深化普通高校体育教学改革,提高教学质量,始终是学校体育工作的主题内容.其中,体育教学条件的提供和学生自主参与性的保障是制约学生体育锻炼的主要瓶颈.从普通高校教学管理、人事分配等制度出发,在分析体育教学保障条件与学生选择自主性相互关系的基础上,提出了体育教学俱乐部的内涵与本质特征,并以课内外一体化理念为指导,设计了普通高校课外体育教学俱乐部实施方案.
